Customer Rights and Responsibilities

Customer Rights:

  1. The right to obtain services from Riadco without discrimination, unless the service in question falls outside Riadco's obligations, is not permitted or may not be provided for legal reasons.
  2. ​The right to receive the service in accordance with what has been agreed in the service agreement, in a manner that does not violate local laws and regulations.
  3. The right to obtain and keep a copy of the service contract.
  4. The right to obtain a document - paper or electronic - for any amount paid to Riadco indicating the type of service that was paid, the amount, and the date of payment.
  5. The right not to ask him for any financial compensation except for the service he requested.
  6. The right to return the excess amounts that he paid, within a maximum of 15 working days from the date of discovery or adding them as a balance in his client’s account with Riadco.
  7. The right to file a complaint within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of the service contract, through all available means, whether electronic, telephone, or personal attendance, and then obtain a reference number for the complaint.
  8. The right to have his complaint addressed by Riadco within a period not exceeding 7 working days from the date of filing the complaint.


Customer responsibilities:

  1. Review the terms and conditions of service and its obligations mentioned in the service contract before using Riadco services.
  2. Compliance with the terms and conditions of service and its obligations, and not to misuse Riadco services in any way.
  3. Review the data he provided to Riadco during the implementation of the service contract.
  4. His responsibility for all data and information provided by him in the service contract and its consequences.
  5. His responsibility to pay the financial consideration for the service agreed upon with Riadco in the service contract.
  6. His responsibility is to pay the financial consideration that Riadco paid to the government agencies on his behalf, provided that Riadco provides evidence of that.
